Yup, you'll have to "remitkan" setem hasil at any LHDN. Just bring along the RM10 setem hasil each, obtained from the Post Office, and tell the pegawai or whoever to "remitkan/matikan" setem and they will do it in front of you. They will stamp the setem on the agreement and will ask you to fill up a form or some sort. I think the date of the agreement has to follow the date of stamping or something like that, I forgot. I forgot if they will charge you for the stamping or not, I think not.

hmm actually I am speaking based upon another type of scholarship, not PIDN, so I am not sure if it's the same.. but anyways, I'll tell you what I know..

IIANM, you're supposed to fill up all the forms given to you right? what are the forms you have? I think the medical report form is the one you're supposed to pass to the DR for him to fill up most of it, if you have that. Besides that, I think you're supposed to fill up all of it. I am not sure if you have forms which I don't have though.

There should be a booklet to guide you on what are the forms you'll have to fill up, and how to fill them up isn't it? I just follow everything written in the guideline. It's pretty simple actually...

yea, the bonding and the ganti rugi should be stated when they give you the perjanjian. I think the safe thing to do is to go to the JPA office and ask them to clarify it in the perjanjian first before you go to LHDN. same for the last column.. there should be 3 parts right? penjamin, kerajaan and saksi... if the kerajaan section is not stamped by the kerajaan, it's better you return back to the JPA office and ask them further..

as for the saksi and penjamin part.. fill those details only when you're in front of the saksi (pesuruhanjaya sumpah etc) and they'll stamp or sign etc there and then..

what do you mean official way? to remitkan the setem hasil, simply bring your completed agreement to LHDN, there you tell the person in charge you want to "remitkan/matikan" setem hasil. They'll just stamp it on the setem hasil at the front page of the agreement. They'll also ask you to fill up a form, and that's it.
