do the saksi need to see us on spot to sign the perjanjian by our penjamin?

How to mematikan setem hasil for the perjanjian stated?...anyone know?

can anyone tell me how to mematikan setem hasil, i need to do it asap, but someone told me i have to go to lembaga hasil dalam negeri for that procedure, is it true?

cos in my perjanjian booklet, JPA did not stated the years of bond and the amount tuntutan or ganti rugi, usually they will cop it right at the perjanjian booklet right?can i go for the LHDN if they jpa din cop?
and the last columm is for jpa and the jpa saksi to sign right? but they din sign and cop so, so does it mean i have to settle my name and signature of my penjamin name only and go to settle the setem hasil, later then only i send it to jpa and they will just sign and cop it?

what i really want to know is, does the procedure for remit the setem hasil must done in an official way or does it just simply a filling of form and cop then done?

I am taking biochemistry. Yes, it is RM 5300 per semester. if not mistaken , it is all the same for other courses, except medicines, dentistry and pharamacy, it may varies according to the fees of your course.but after the deduction from the tuition and hostel fees, the remaining is just sufficient to support your meals, and other miscellenous fees. I will try to make full use of it. haha.=)

How come i receive only RM 5300 but the amount stated is RM 8000 for kadar A and RM 7000 sth for kadar B?? just wondering what makes the differences between kadar A and B?

My yuran pengajian is RM 1500++ per year, and i have paid it using my own money before the JPA bank in the allowances into my account, so i guess JPA pay the full amount of the allowances without any deduction to us , and the bendahari of our uni deducted it form our account from which JPA bank in the allowances into it. Right? but 1 doubt here is why only RM 5300 given since the amount stated is RM 7000 or RM 8000? ?

If this is the case, what if i have paid my tuition fees earlier?

that means the living allowances given by JPA is RM7000 ++ according to my case which is kadar A right?

Hope so, I will better give a phone call to JPA.. But the efficiency of picking up the phone is quite doubted.=(

Why they have to pass the phone call from one to another until it costs my phone credits a bomb. =/

the documents that should be sent to JPA included 'borang pengakuan dan pemeriksaan kesihatan" and "borang biodata pelajar" , and the 3 blue perjanjian booklets.

Anyway, these are the three important things that you guys should have received and completed it and sent it to JPA before the stated date.

As most of my friends also facing the same situations as you guys, i guess majority of them would have to wait until all the documents arrive in hand. Most people would grumble as they need to stay back throughout the whole study week in order to settle these stuffs. I understand it,but what can be done? stay patient. =)

Things may have changed , but i am quite reassured that JPA will send a letter to every University student affair department so as to inform tham what they have to do and that the students need to send whatever doc to them and so on. For UM, students need to hand it the document to HEP before next thursday, They don't have to send every documents as what i did before (For the 9As penajaan) , HEP will help them to send to JPA.

i think JPA just bank in half of the amount. Currently, some just receive 5k....may i know those who appeal have got their allowances? or the PIDN one?

Kadar A is definetely higher than kadar B by hundreds or so.
i believe most scholars have received their allowances banked in by JPA in your own Bank ISlam account respectively.
however, for the first semester, you will receive more than half of the Kadar A/B , then by the next semester, u will receive another RM2000 ++ , amounting to the stated kadar , like say Kadar A should be RM8000 ++...this is what i think.

anyway, do correct me if i am wrong,=)

So as with my friends. Those from 9As tajaan , i guess mostly would have been got the allowances .

well, so far i believe all the JPA scholars should have received their allowances , isn't it?
