My university, MMU has announced that we can get our offer letters from the office starting today. I have to sacrifice my holidays and have to go back to Cyberjaya from JB...... Haizzzz....... cry.gif

Btw, from the info semasa panel :

QUOTE

So, why ur uni so late? Better verify with them. thumbup.gif

I am taking biochemistry. Yes, it is RM 5300 per semester. if not mistaken , it is all the same for other courses, except medicines, dentistry and pharamacy, it may varies according to the fees of your course.but after the deduction from the tuition and hostel fees, the remaining is just sufficient to support your meals, and other miscellenous fees. I will try to make full use of it. haha.=)

Appeal results will be out next week. For those who got the offer without appealing can get their offer letters from their respective HEP officers.

The allowances they give is not the one after deduction. It is specific for each type of course.

How come i receive only RM 5300 but the amount stated is RM 8000 for kadar A and RM 7000 sth for kadar B?? just wondering what makes the differences between kadar A and B?

My yuran pengajian is RM 1500++ per year, and i have paid it using my own money before the JPA bank in the allowances into my account, so i guess JPA pay the full amount of the allowances without any deduction to us , and the bendahari of our uni deducted it form our account from which JPA bank in the allowances into it. Right? but 1 doubt here is why only RM 5300 given since the amount stated is RM 7000 or RM 8000? ?

The amount stated is per year which means u will receive the money again during the next long semester.

CODE

Catatan:
*1. Kadar A adalah bagi kawasan Kuala Lumpur, Pulau Pinang, Seberang Perai, Johor Bahru, Shah
Alam, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Klang, Kajang, Selayang,Sepang,Sabah dan Sarawak.
2. Kadar B adalah bagi kawasan-kawasan selain di perenggan (1).

JPA will pay the tuition fees bill straight to the University. The uni management won't deduct it from our account. The money we are getting from JPA is the living allowance + etc....

If this is the case, what if i have paid my tuition fees earlier?

that means the living allowances given by JPA is RM7000 ++ according to my case which is kadar A right?

I am not sure too. I paid my first semester's tuition fees using PTPTN.
