This share is TEMPORARY down from peak price RM0.71 (26/05/09) due to heavy selling by IJM staffs (they got offer to buy it at RM0.302 and the date of transaction to their CDS account on 27/06/09), that's why it dropped a lot on 27/05/09, everybody wanted to sell and get cash.
But now, the selling force is over and there's no problem with this warrant, it is still having the potential towards RM1.00!!!
How I know this? Because I'm working for IJM...

how much is IJMland worth or can go up to? any tips on the share since u r working in the company.

is it better to buy ijmland-wa or the mother share ijmland?

any news as seen ijm staffs have receive alot of ijmland-wa shares especially the directors and when it comes to selling at a point of time will be alot.

as can seen the ijmland-wa is over price compare to the mother share.
ijmland-wa 63cents + conversion to mother share 1.35 = rm1.98.
ijmland is only rm1.50.

if ijmland fall to 1.35 the warant will be worthless provided property sector goes up in 4 years time of the expiry of the warant and some more no dividen for the shares. is it good investment?

Properties looks like not dropping much as said nor it holding or going up. from investors point of view ijmland-wa is only benefit to ijm staff not to investor whereas it have already get 100% return by selling the warant.

for ijmland-wa alot of ijm staff have shares whereas for the mother shares very little the director have, if the warants wants to go up, the mothershare need to moves along first.

directors will push/support the mothershare up first in order for the warant to move. on the save side mothershare will be a better buy. for warrant alot of selling by ijm staff along the way, and dont see any potential upside.

directors share holding for ijmland mother shares is very little, whereas the directors looks like not holding much ijmland mother shares. if have potential to go up directors should accumulate more mothershares instead. the sell down of warrant will not push the shares up and also IJM corp also dumping percentage of the shares out to the market as well as EPF.
