Im also driving a new car, but what i do is find those parking next to a pillar, and park super close to it.

Maybe the carpark centre allow to let people park in reserved area for limited time period? Some carpark does.

Just because there are ample of parking space doesn't mean one can park like an idiot.

Nvm lor at least their side view mirror facing outwards, at hopefully they understand that people "accidently" banged it because can't get out of the car's way. But I'm sure if same car repeat and I bang it another 15-20 times joint will break
