I agree their head is really kurang upaya, personally I have seen few places where people just park at OKU parking places ignorantly.
Should have taken those pics and post them here. Will do so when I come across these people again.mentally challenged people. |

He parked two spaces because he worry a real OKU may scratch, hit or bump into his beautiful car while parking or getting in and out of the car...what an idiot. Just wait for karma to find to him.
