just scratch it is enough, since the driver park like that i think he already prepared for his car being scratch, scratch until the base paint then scratch more, soon his car will started to rust

btw, i'm not asking the TS to do that, i'm just saying what should be done if really want to take action, NOT "decorate" people's car like most suggesting here. Why putting yourself at risk of being sued/reported because of some idiot dunno how to park their ride ? Not worth it ...

Go to BTS, they really clamp..
But sadly, they will settle with juz a loud bully owner (saw it once, mcm nak gaduh..then management boss say nvm)

Don't scratch people car lah..
last time i go SS2 makan, when i come bac to my car.. there's long scratch, not only one line, but alot

i heard from the others, they say those paint-shop try to come out cari makan and scratch ppl car..

my parent told me once, park your car nicely or your car kena "decorate", so everytime i sure park nicely

btw, if for those driver, don't scratch their car.. it's so awful to see so many scratches on a car.
