Hi, just installed some third party app and my 3g iphone hangs ... now can only start up showing the apple logo and hangs only there ... any solutions ?

btw bought the phone from singapore ...

Try this first.....press the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons simultaneously until the apple logo reappears. Under most circumstances, that would help. Good luck.

If the above suggestion fail to work for you, you can connect it to iTunes. Most of the time, it should be able to detect and sense a problem. Then it will allow you to do a restore. I had the same problem last time. I force it to restore for many times and finally it worked.

Can on but only with the apple logo, cant off when pressing power button, only when i press the home/back + power bottom only for several sec only can off.

When off, i tried to sync with itune ... it will just turn on with apple logo

You guys think this is bad shape ?

Thanks for the trouble shoot guide ... work halfway for me manage to boot up to a certain level also downloaded the firmware from itune while intalling/rebooting and error (unknown error 2002 occured) ... failed to restore

Just keep trying. Redo the procedures in the Guidelines and then connect to iTunes and perform a restore. I remember mine eventually went through.

Yep thanks for the advice ... my connection was bad thats why when d/ling the restore files seems to corrupt ...

Use another diff com and works fine ...
