I just received my parcel from arc1414 , i ordered 3 days ago and he posted on Saturday .

The racquet is in good condition , i would say perfect condition . arc1414 provides a good service in terms of suggestion and also follow up . Very knowledgeable about badminton equipment .

Before purchasing something from him , i did my research on this forum for the cheapest price of that racquet and he sells the cheapest one . i would say the price between his and others is a very big gap .

Hi Arc1414, I'm sorry but I'd like to ask, how can we know that your products are genuine? How about warranty? If anything go wrong, we should refer to you or specific shop?

I roughly went through the previous post, I think no doubt your racket is one of the cheapest in town but I just wanna be sure that m paying for the original ones

Well as can refer all my feedback from my Customer at here.
Also Like Yonex there is at a code. Upon after purchase u can view the code to confirm genuine or not. Also in Lowyat here were not allowed to sell AA item and etc.
If i did sell Fake or AA stuff any of my customer for sure view complain at this thread and Mod/ Admin will take action closed down or delete this thread.

From 2009 till now my thread here still all Positive.

Warranty very standard if u know.
Standard warranty 3-6 month depend on Condition. Also Clash, put under car boot ,over tension auto warranty will be void.
anything go wrong can refer to me as im around here always.

When you talk about code, i understand that brand like Li Ning, after you purchase their racket you can check their code on their website to confirm whether it's genuine or otherwise. Am i right? How about Yonex? Can we check the code (like u said just now), from their official website or anywhere to confirm the racket?

For Yonex there is none website. But there is a forum like Talk about Badminton or BC forum those Senior can verify for u when u post.

Other then tat u can google search on it. There is plenty million of people has answer this question before.
