Facelifts in general happen 2-3 yrs into a car model's life.

New facelifted Camry has already been launched and supposed to land on our shores possibly by late Oct, but most likely November.

Is it true that there's some delay for the next shipment of Mazda3's due to customs/AP issue?

Just wondering, since I have been waiting for almost 3 months already.

As far as I know, no adpative front lighting for Malaysia Mazda3.... 2.0 will have Bi-Xenons though.

As for the AP issue, glad to hear it will be resolved by the 19th or 20th. That means I should be able to meet my new baby by the end of this month, pending when the ship will leave KL. =)

Auto-leveling simply senses whether we are sitting on a slope or going over bumps and will adjust accordingly, since the 2.0 has Bi-Xenons this feature is a requirement so as to not BLIND on-coming traffic.

Adaptive front lighting goes a step beyond that, by being able to adjust and aim your lights towards the direction you're turning towards. This is a essentially a safety feature which helps us see better when turning.

But that's the Mazdespeed 3 in the picture, the regular hatch will still have the smile. =)

Anyone know how much it'll cost to import a Mazdaspeed3?

Why are you sad to hear that you "can"?

Or did you mean to say "cannot"?

If only the Mazda3 was offered with manual transmission..... is there a reason why it's not?

And I don't mean the paddles either. I want my clutch pedal. =)

So how come the Mazda3's don't come with speed sensitive autolock?

Well, if someone's trying to save you... they can always shatter the window and unlock the door manually. I think this is a case of overthinking. Might as well remove the doors all together.. =P LOL!! Or the seatbelts in case they get jammed and people can get you out of the car after an accident.

I don't know about that.... with the use of the paddle shifters, the car performs quite well. The breaking-in process of the engine is also very important. Plenty of info online about how to properly break-in your engine to optimize for future performance.

I find that my 2.0L accelerates well when I need it to.
