QUOTE(jstbid @ Jun 26 2009, 11:05 AM) i read from a website that the writers says that if they are still the one writting the story for transformers 3, its a confirm they will include Autobots dun need landmine, trailbraker, mirage whatever to defeat the decepticons, we, humans have the technology to defeat them, and very soon, as human nature, we will get rid of the Autobots too cos' who wants to share their home with an Alien?dinobots, galvatron and unicorn for sure. Yes i hope : Spielberg directs. More combiners and autobots its time to show their firepower and they have big guns too. especially the original cast like landmine, trailbraker, mirage etc.... So now we will have Humans Vs Decepticon/Autobots....very soon Obama is gonna capture Prime and Megatron and kick them in their butt for messing around with us. End of the day, both Decepticon and Autobots will make peace with humans. |

TGV F*CK YOU!!!
You gave us a shorter version of the Transformers2.... My friend went to Cathay Cineplex in CTSQ JB, then he go watch again in TGV Jusco JB....they said as few scenes were cut in TGV...especially the underwater scene. Can someone confirm the underwater scene Cathay version: 4 Robots went down...after they found Megatron the small one scan him first, then proceed to take parts for one of the robots to repair megatron....then only the small robot use the all sparks on Megatron. TGV version...the one I saw (my friends also said the same)...after they found Megatron the small robot proceed to use the all sparks. If its true, I'm never gonna watch anything in TGV again!! QUOTE(mukhlisz @ Jun 30 2009, 09:34 AM) anyone noticed that when the five robots went under the sea, the sonar detected 5 bogeys. but after Megatron came back alive, there's 6 bogeys? (remember the robot that was dismembered? 5 -1 + 1 = 6. oh yeah! QUOTE(The Hardest Thing In The World @ Jun 30 2009, 10:29 AM) Come to think of it, reading someone here posting about TGV's shorter version, I remember a few years back watching the Matrix 2 in Ipoh and they actually cut off the entire highway chase scene. I was pretty gutted. Maybe I got the shit version here too, The worst I saw was Predator 2....as a kid...saved money to watch it...end up watching a 45min documentary!! QUOTE(nimrod323 @ Jun 30 2009, 10:59 AM) duh....rest my case...no more TGV for me..This post has been edited by azbro: Jun 30 2009, 11:05 AM |

QUOTE(xin @ Jun 30 2009, 11:08 AM) Another thing to note::While Devestator(Scavenger, Long Haul, Rampage, Scrapper, Hightower, Mixmaster, Overload) was formed in the battle, other versions of Long Haul, Scrapper, Mixmaster and Rampage are seen separate from Devestator, presumably to serve as the Decepticon military forces. They are the ones battling the military, Bumblebee(killed Rampage red version) and Jetfire(killed Mixmaster) |

QUOTE(The Hardest Thing In The World @ Jun 30 2009, 11:14 AM) Other than the Underwater scene, my friend said that in one of the pyramid scene, there was a ear deafening sound. But, TGV version dun have this, he is not sure it's the speakers or a deleted scene. |

QUOTE(yimingwuzere @ Jul 2 2009, 10:15 AM) Borat is an example of successful word of mouth marketing. TF2 isn't. Also, I don't see how your justification at big selling films means they are excellent, Spiderman 3 was absolute crap, the Pirates of the Caribbean sequels were all mediocre with ridiculous plots. It's all down to hype and CGI to sell these big budget flicks (and Jack Sparrow for Pirates). Just stop being a Michael Bay fanboy and accept that a lot of people hated the film for what it is. I wonder what is "Borat". When I google can't get anything specificAnd to whoever who said ILM is going to win an oscar for special effect, you've forgotten Avatar is screening this December. |

QUOTE(QuickFire @ Jul 2 2009, 02:46 PM) Borat is a ridiculously offensive and tasteless movie that is also outrageously funny. This is Borat: "Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan" Pictures were also decent.....didn't know Borat was a different kinda movie! |

Wow....I never knew ppl. watching TF2 got that many questions to ask..Since I'm not a fan of Transformers....I never expected a decent storyline, or too much logical stuff...I just saw it for the action...and Bay delivered it well..yeah, some scenes are questionable...but all in all...its one of the best pop corn flick this year for me

I dun see the point in debating it....
But then, I'm not a Transformer fan so dunno so much abt its history... So, i rate it highly...as in Awesome stuff robot kicking the shit out of each other (although I think the battle is a one sided affair - except for the one in the forest) There are many hole in the story, like the Museum and Arizona scene which is totally illogical, but so what, that the way Bay wants it....the whole Robot thing is illogical in the first place....so why give it interesting scenes? |

QUOTE(xin @ Jul 6 2009, 04:28 PM) Prolly due to the Terminator Movie just aired not long ... audience still lingered to Terminator lol... no big deal since she transformed into it's original form which resembled other decepticons profile... and still got some sort of hair on it in her ori form lol .. The Pretender actually scanned the barbie doll at a shop lol .. Bay wanted to do his version of the TX since it suck so much in Terminator 3. And since Transformers has the Pretenders, why not include it as well in TF2. So he got his chance.Actually, Bay did a good job with the TX..err..Pretenders...so now Terminator fans will want him to direct the rest of the Terminator movies instead of McG. Since Terminator movie storyline got no where else to go except to destroy all of Skynet, lets do it the Bay style. This post has been edited by azbro: Jul 6 2009, 05:53 PM |

QUOTE(crazyconsumer @ Jul 9 2009, 08:51 AM) Go and watch it at a different Cinema...TF2 got 2 versions....one they cut almost 15minutes of it. To know which one is which, the underwater scene where they revive Megatron, a robot was sacrificed for its parts. The short version didn't show that scene. |
