isnt FF7 international comes with both languages?
i used to have FF8 and FF10 international and both of them can change to english.

i prefer Jap voice over though, the quality is just way above.

i meant the game dialogs can be changed between english and japanese. my PS1 days are so far behind i dun really remember much of it.
