Hello,
Can some one help me identify clearly what type of weight training that is very effective for fat loss purpose. or in the other word, for cutting. I googled it before, and found no concrete answer. At this point, the weight training of less weight and more reps is the most popular workout type for cutting. But is it really that effective?? Can anyone help me to explain about it in more detail. any link or website is also sangat-sangat di alukan. I bet many other people also have the same problem like me when they decide to workout for cutting.
tq

So there is really no different type of workout for cutting? U just only need to reduce your diet for the cutting phase. Thanks mofonyx.

Wow, i never expects this much of reply. Thanks guys.
Again, lets get to the main point, its not about cardio or diet, i'm just asking how to adjust my weight training to improve the fat loss. I know that we also need to do cardio IN ADDITION to the weight training and to control the diet for the cutting phase.
So, after reading back all the reply, i'm quiet interested with pizzaboy post about the 20reps squat, since he is an athlete if i'm not wrong, he must know this stuff quiet well. So, does it mean higher reps will be more effective for fat loss purpose than the usual 12 reps that i have been doing?? Maybe few others experienced bodybuilders in this forum can give out their opinion as well. Maybe Darklight79, shanecross and others??
cheers
