After you cut, then you get bulky again, then you cut again. Just maintain some fats to get bulky, but not too much of fats. After you cut, just make sure you bf% around 20%. Then you stop cutting, gain more muscles, then cut again till 15% or lower (if you want six pack). But 15% to me is good enough.
