That's how I understood it as well. For any release there is the "release window" which is a rough estimate of when you think the product will go out.
Does not mean a PC release itself. Not saying there is no PC release, just that this message does not state anything about it from what I understand |

I would actually be quite happy if they bring another FF on PC, but I am not holding my breath on it
