property in bukit jelutong, investment

Me and hubby went for a house hunting in Bukit Jelutong last Saturday.
Location is good as his office is 5 mins away and mine is 20 mins drive via NKVE. The house build up is 22x 75, freehold, 7 years old, selling at 370K. Is it worth buying? But why are there so many ppl in Bkt Jeluting are selling back their houses (iproperty.com advertised quite a number)? |

probably guys who bought as investment. i just bought a unit thats about 5 years old but untouched outside and inside... no one stay before.

theres mydin, giant sec 13, tesco and carefour ss15 nearby...why need to go to city....
there are smaller hypermarts too around bukit jelutong...personally, its a nice quiet place to live....but don't expect it to be happening... |
