I think,it's just the art isnt polished yet and constantly changing.
There are still changes to Zerg and Terran units,even till now.Like Thor just got back it's shoulder cannons. |

I think SC2 is a proper RTS since Day 1.
Dont think they want to piss off their "valued" customers. |
