So the question you wanted to ask is, what's the problem making your starcraft 2 lag with all ultra settings, while other game it won't happen?
Port forwarding doesn't solve any pc lag problem.

Well that could be the problem coming off from the "launcher" if you get what i mean, some "launcher" are not optimized nicely and it will make your game lag, but if you're playing on the official bnet, you won't get any pc lag, but delay will still be in the game.

about the third person shooting, its a map created by the map editor, showing how powerful can the map editor do.

I think you can just patch it by just double clicking at the patch? Just like the one you did in WoW.
Or paste all the patch you got into the starcraft 2 folder and run them 1 by 1 accordingly.

Region locked for both official and beta release :S
I think blueberry is on US server since there is no oceanic server at the moment.
Currently there are online 3 server which is NA, Europe and Asia.

Probably 64bit was the thing that messing things up? Gotta try searching around in blizzard's forum for fix.
