Hi all sifus,

I've got a 16GB IPhone and I was thinking that I can download photos and videos into it when I've filled up my camera during travels. Since I'm travelling, I would not have my laptop available and would need to borrow or rent (cybercafe) one.

If I'm lucky, I can get access to Wifi (free or otherwise) and borrow/rent a PC, then:

1) Plug in my camera SDHC card into a USB reader, and plug it onto a PC.
2) From the PC, I use AirSharing and downloads all files from USB reader to my iPhone through Wifi.

The problem is when I'm not lucky and cannot get access to Wifi. Then I would need to use the USB cable. I know I can plug the USB reader into the PC and get my files onto the PC, but how to get my files onto the IPhone? Chances are, there will be no iTunes installed. After hours spent on Google, I'm confused and have listed the following options so that everyone here can give feedback if I've listed wrong or which is the better way.

1) Use IPhoneBrowser (Needs ITunes, can store 80+MB ITunes installation on my SDHC card to be installed on target PC)
2) Use DiskAid (Does it need ITunes?)
3) Use tPot and Total Commander (Does it need ITunes?)
4) Use SSH & IPhone Tunnel Suite & .NET framework (Jailbreak, need ITunes?)

Question: Which is the easiest way to transfer files through USB to the IPhone, bearing in mind that I'm travelling and the PC I'm using is not my own, so whatever software I need would have to be stored on my camera SDHC card, to be easily accessible without prolonged downloads. Are there any more ways that I have not listed?

Thanks in advance.

P/S: I'm using unlocked IPhone 2.0 jailbroken.

Yes..use DiskAid as Hanxz mentioned and you can upload your pictures via USB.

1) Just go to the root folder and select var/mobile/Applications/xxxxxxx(Gibberish words)/Air Sharing

2) In Air sharing, select Documents/Air Sharing/Public and use the "Copy To Device" to place your pictures in it.

3) View your pictures thru Air Sharing.

Cheers
