What do you think if the shop is located beside highway? I saw new 3 storeys shop just beside the RM1.00 Grand Saga Toll, near the Shell Petrol Station. It is worth for future investment? rental value......?

I passed by there everyday. It will be good if they built another ramp to enter from near the Shell petrol station. If not, very teruk cos it not convenience to access to the shop.
