Hi all,
I'm new here.
just receive my Waja CPS on 30MAy 09.
It's bronze garnate-MT-JLP XXXX (JB area).
Been reading this thread and frankly, it's why
i'm choosing Waja. So many info i got from here.
i've read somewhere (don't remember which forum) about
water sipping between the door.
how to prevent it?

ye lor..
So many poisoner here.
Cps is really powerful (don't compare with VTec).
Really nice engine, smooth cruising and pickup.
Only clock 800km. Feel like can't wait to push the needle to the redline.

hi lexasp,
Unfortunate 4 u still not get the car yet.
Mine only 9 day from the day i book till got the car, proton edar plentong JB. The key is, call ur SA twice a day, till he fed up with u. Hehe, it's our money we paying rite?
Em, i can't say much if u can afford for a 'better car'.
But for me, at rm60k, i got all around leather seat and door trim, leather wrap steering, xenon HID, ride comfort, generous internal cabin space, responsive engine, it worth buying Waja Cps, let alone the poor internal part fitting (glove box), 'ek ek' sound of front fender.
I think 4 all the goodies u got in Waja, u got to pay rm85k for Vios (forgot s or g series) and 90k for city.
It's my little tought only, just for sharing.

mrjgx,
Below is the waja cps review done by paultan.

"The other interesting fact that we noticed was the cruising engine rpm at cruising speeds. The CPS allows the engine to cruise at 2,000rpm at speeds of 80km/h and approximately 3,000rpm at 110km/h.
This is similar to the cruising speeds of most 2.0 litre cars with either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed auto transmission. Smaller engines tend to cruise around 2700rpm at 80km/h. Low engine speeds are beneficial because it allows for improvement in fuel economy and comfort."

so, think it's quite tailly with the review. maybe after ur first service, ur cruising speed can a bit higher.
yours Gen2 cps HL AT right (got autocruise)? its kerb weight is 1245kg while the waja cps drove by paultan is MT with kerb weight of 1215kg only. so u'll cruise a little slower than the waja MT at 3k rpm.

It's my little tought only, just for sharing.
