I owned a waja cps what I done with it is just tuning the tps. If the cps is using throttle cable, the respond will be more fast. I heard a member saying that can adjust the pedal sensitivity. Actually that screw is not for more sensitive. It just a screw which adjust just to let you step the pedal more lower. I had do it testing using PDT.

Are u referring to the paddle stopper..? The one on the carpet..?

erm. anyone here has any idea how much will it cost to change from a automatic transmission to a manual transmission?
Is it advisable to do so or there are side effects?
*
Sometime u can swap with someone and pay only for labor... But for ur information, auto can have 'power' as manual if u have good mod and find right tune.. Slowly mod ur car. Ask sifus here. The sure gladly help u.. I find this mod list from other forum advice by forumer.. Maybe u can bet on it for power up ur car...

1. Good extractor.
2. Adjustable fuel regulator.
3. Performance air filter.
4. Light weight crank pulley.
5. Performance plug (iridium).

If still wanna go up can try:-
6. Adjustable Cam Pulley.
7. Hi-Cam brows.gif .
8. Piggyback/Management.
9. High Compression Piston.
10. Port and Polished Head.
11. Shorter GB Ratio.

The problem with AT is that the higher power lost and lower durability than MT.

Rather than do all the small upgrade, which easily reach 5k, why not straight away BOT.  brows.gif

The CAI u did DIY is it? saw ur extractor got 'balut' some more hehehee
Buy aftermarket CAI hose.. Then connect to oem hose... That is thermal wrap...
QUOTE(jctasoga @ Nov 1 2009, 07:34 PM)
pearjar : hows the performance? nice air suction? hehe..

ezwann : pearjar balut to reduce engine heat. i think thats an aftermarket extractor.
If put my hand at the funal cup, can feel more suction than oem snorkel... Extractor custom made by busu, b&m motosport...
QUOTE(sphiroth @ Nov 1 2009, 07:50 PM)
Its actually to keep the temperature constant inside the exhaust for better flow, and also helps to reduce heat. May cause crancked extractor due to overheat.
Can crack ekk... cry.gif cry.gif
QUOTE(ezwann @ Nov 1 2009, 07:56 PM)
Pearjar : How much to balut hehe
Thermal wrap cost rm35, upah is rm20... tongue.gif

yea. if keep whacking with your engine. one day you will have to overcome the problem of the cracked extractor. thats the reason why i think thermal wrap is not necessary because of high maintainence on extractor at later stages. besides you already got an CAI hose adi wad. your filter confirm wont be sucking hot air and plenty of COLD air xD
*
Emm... Maybe need to change the extractor one day... cry.gif

QUOTE(ahpaul82 @ Nov 1 2009, 08:41 PM)
CAI DIY yourself?  biggrin.gif
Thermal Wrap so cheap?
what is the length?
Can say DIY.. Sorry, actually rm35.. My mistake.. Length about 10M...

dun scare the daylights out of pearjar la... unless u intend to whack your gen2 on track like 24 hrs MME, then u might wan to start looking at new extractors.. hahaha...
Hehe.. Worry only maaa... Need to be careful... sweat.gif
QUOTE(coz4u @ Nov 1 2009, 09:52 PM)
Anyway, i think he always whack his engine wan. thats the reason why he goes for thermal wrap also ma xD

Added on November 1, 2009, 9:53 pmi see the CAI damn nice and tempting. haha. but den tak sanggup lar the whole on the bumper xD ahaha
Whacking no lah... Just cucuk kecepis2 car only... tongue.gif U can put mounting cup/funel through fog lamp.. Saw gen2 does that.. If waja maybe no choice... Actually it is my the first step before installing open pod.. Still finding the best location to install open pod..
