Here i will share my experience.

I did mine 6month back and it cost me about RM230 which is quite cheap.

For me, everything seems to be very normal for the procedure. I asked my friend which clinic is good or reliable as they did theirs at the clinic too.

So i go and register myself at the clinic at the night and tell the nurse that "Saya nak sunat."
Then things as per normal, i sit over there n wait for the doctor to prepare.

When the doc called me, i go in and lie down.
Doc gave me 3 injection on my manhood which will numb the whole area.

then he proceed to cut it, and i have no feeling at all. i can hear to scissors cutting sound... "click click".
Oh that means he is cutting it. Slowly i can see the doc hand is covered with blood. LOL i dont care at all as i am not afraid of it. And then me and the doctor chit chat all the way until he finish stitch it.

Then the doc asked me if i dare to take a look b4 he wrap it up or not. Then i just tilt up my head and look at it.
COOL.... got pattern somemore hehe. then he proceed to clean the whole bloody area and wrap it up.

No need what sarong n etc. I wear a normal loose pant, w/o underwear la.

After 30min, i walk out, pay money and get the medicine and drive back home.

Thats it. NO BIG DEAL.

The only problem is, ur manhood will erect early in the morning. This is quite pain but i am not worried by the pain by worried the stitches will break. hehe. So i just have to stand up and walk around to make it soft. then continue sleep, then after a while it erect again.... %^$%^$* then i repeat the same shit again.
Anyway, no pain no gain.

After days by day, the pain feeling during erection is getting less n less.
And also i remember that on the 2nd day, my manhood appear to be blue black and looks huge. But doc has already told me, its normal.

I got mine fully recovered on the 3rd week and throughout these 3 week, i am wearing kind of a bit loose pant and w/o underwear. Even after i recover now, i had a habit not to wear underwear too, even working, go our or etc.

As time goes, it really much more cleaner. and most important, hehe the head has grown bigger and less sensitive.

So for my advice, dont panic this n that which in the end makes u a coward and done nothing.
Make ur mind, plan a day, Go to a clinic n cut, dont question so much.

dont always think that sunat is horrible or pain or etc.

its nothing actually.

and yes i went to clinic, everything is very normal like i went in the room and see doctor.

and yes i still can drive home n etc, this is becoz the doc will wrap ur manhood with cotton.

So it wont be pain and it wont touch ur pant.

if you are driving after that, just make sure u wont hit ur didi while doing a full turn too fast.
