This is the credit card that I've been using for all my PSN purchases for my SG PSN ID. No problems so far.
PSN Region : Singapore
Debit/Credit Card Name : Citibank Choice
Debit/Credit Card Type : MASTERCARD
Card Issuer Name : Citibank
Billing Address : Full SG address for PSN account
