I guess here I should post my question.

Bought new earphones then later found that those additional ear tips are mixed up. Double flange tip and foam tip are missing but got 2 extra silicon tips of the same sizes. I did not notice initially because the translucent ear tips are packed up tightly in small translucent plastics and difficult to differentiate till I open it later on. It is about one month old and under warranty. It is possible to claim from seller or just to exchange?

What if parts of those standard accessories (i.e. ear tips) are missing, can claim then?

Thanks in advance.

P/S: Other than the mixed up ear-tips, the earphones is perfectly fine and I like it a lot.

It has 3 months one to one exchange for any factory defect and 1 year warranty. Not sure if wrong accessories consider factory defect... I prefer to maintain at least neutral relationship with seller because I will buy from him again... Are there any rules or regulations regarding warranty claims?

Yes bought from the Garage Sales here. If 2 weeks consider long or not? I supposed seller has documented online transaction so I think do not need receipt one... I did try to buy extra ear tips (they should not be expensive)...

did u bought it from outlet or lowyat.net?
1 month is really too long ...usually outlet will give u like 3-7 days time to change only.
but as long as u still hv the receipt with u. no harm give it a try..)

It is supposed to be 100% brand new item. I pm seller within 2 weeks and seek for advice to buy extra ear tips, unfortunately he replied no extra ear tips for sale.

Only after 1 month you check...

You buy a new one or used?

Thanks for the advice and concern... I know, this no biggy but it is better to clarify.

Actually I bought 2 sets from the seller, one white colour and one black colour. The white colour ear tips got mixed up, the black set is perfect. Initially I was burning in the white set, after I open the black set then I notice those ear tips are very different as I am new to IEM. As I mentioned before, the semi translucent white ear tips are pack tightly in small translucent plastic and hard to realise their differences. Furthermore, the white set box cover was dented, I suspect someone abusively open the box, maybe to change the ear tips, but not the point to discuss now.

I knew the ear tips are changeable but when I want to use the same type of ear tips, then do I need to change them from time to time? In addition, their colours do not match also. I think is quite impossible to exchange with other owner, so the brand not so important right? Back to the topic, regarding the warranty claim...
