for me,
Collar up is not that old fashion or wad. But it really looks ugly if you wearing 2 collar shirt and make it up. And don't ever wear those Body Glove's collar shirt, it is not cool okay! 
I recommand collar up. It looks good and suit if your body size like medium size. Skinny people with collar will looks like more skinny, even their collar cant stand nice. |
