Ok just to keep it simple, here is how it is. However, I can only announce regarding the Left 4 Dead tournament.

DATE: 21st June 2009 (Sunday)
REGISTRATION TIME: 9am - 10am
REGISTRATION METHOD: ON-SITE

LEFT 4 DEAD TOURNAMENT
GAMETYPE: SURVIVAL
TEAM LIMIT: 16
RULES & REGULATIONS: TBA

Generally we are following the scheduling given on the posters in the OP.

The tournament format for L4D will be single elimination. We will do this in stages and for each stage, a specific map will be played. For each team, they will get 3 tries to get their best time. After all tries are done, the best time will be used for that particular stage.

For instance,
First stage, top 10 teams (best times) proceed to the next stage.
Second stage, top 8 teams (best times) proceed to the next stage.
So on and so forth.

I hope I am clear on my explanation. The tournament method might be overseeing some changes but generally it is as written. Thanks.

FYI, this thread was move from "Networks and Broadband" to here by the Moderator. You may look at the topic which is regarding "Cybercafe Technology Upgrading & Enhancement Event", maybe the Mod's decision isn't that wise. And from the poster (Pictures), there are Contact Person Numbers for each game competition. You can just call them up.
