All, Just to share my experience I have with this agent: Vincent. Phone number 0163129192.

The incident is like this:
I have called this agent and made appointment with him to get to see houses in Puchong BK9 few days back. The schedule is on this morning 30th May 2009 10am at Puchong BK9. I called him at 930 to confirm the appointment. He told me dun have keys so early... Fine then rescheduled to 4pm. I reach Puchong BK9 at 400 and called him again. He told me he is busy and just around bk5. Fine i wait for him, he told me he come in 20 minutes. Well i just wait and walked around that area. 20 minutes passed, I called him again at 430pm. He told me can go see first... then the guy is like disappearing... I am just disappointing with such act and also I am kinda of curious with such professional or maybe I should not use the word professional as he is just .... Well no news... No calls, just nothing... What kinda of attitude this kinda of housing agents are behaving nowadays. This is the very unfortunate time and the first time, normally property agent are just more curious to approach customer. Well I finally found a proud and rich property agent.

Therefore my advise too all LYN forumers is try to avoid this agent name Vincent with phone number: 0163129192. Dun waste your time and better spend time with other good property agents.

Yeah. It is totally a waste of time... for being so irresponsible. I guess is just because BK9 is a cheap place to him. He might be a high class seller. only sell 1M ++. But yet I saw the adv in BK9 housing area.

i think the moderator will want to see some proof.

proof arrr. hard lerrr... cause wont be like asking the agent to send me email or i record his voice during phone call. well it is just a fyi to the consumer that this cases happen and to beware such person and scenario.

With these kind of agents, I usually just ignore them and put them in my blacklist, and if I see other agents from the same company I will make sure they know abt this as well, at least we can hope for improvement.

coz some forumer in FNF also have such complaints of con-man.

There are shit agents and shit customers too

I wanna share my agents too. He has poor after sales service. After we have paid for the deposit and called him for information, the way he talked is unfriendly.

And the seller suddenly called off, not to sell to us after almost everything is completed, which include SPA, letter of offer from bank and epf withdrawal application. He said this is not his problem, and nothing he can do. He really doesn't stand at our shoes.

There are 2 agents involved. Both also acting the same.

almost all customers are shit but u must know how to earn their money

Which agency? Complaint to them about their useless agent.

sue the seller for your 10% back, and another 10% as damages. your s&p should provide for this. then the agent will have to refund the commission as well, as it forms part of the 10%.

mind to share which agency and agent is this? at least as a precaution for the rest and not waste time with these people.

My colleague in one my corporation got the same experience as well...
but from Megaharta.... he was suppose to rent a house for their expatraite and decided to rent a condo in Aseana, Bandar Puteri...
Everything seem fine initially .... but when their cheque is ready to pay for the whole damn year and chasing him to give us the key....(actually they werer urgently need the house in 1 week time)
Then the agent started to act weird and giving lots of excuses and delay them.... saying that's the owner's problem and the owner got the right whether wanna rent out or not then later said documents from the owner's previous owner is not complete and ready yet la...

My colleague is like .... wow.... mad with him....! I mean totally...!
Well, I just said... ok, I will never engage MegaHarta next time...

Added on June 4, 2009, 12:29 pmActually the seller agree to pay back and give the compensation as well. So far, we paid 2% for deposit, and will paid the rest 8% by 30 days upon signing of the SPA.
So we only get the 2% payback and 2% compensation.
What we lost is time and all our efforts.

I would say we are so good luck to meet this kind of people. And we lost a chance to get another house which now already sold out as that time we have bought this house.

Just to let lowyat folks know to be careful dealing with agents. We cannot deny there are good agents and also those which is not responsible.

Any agents here, mind to tell us what is the responsibility that you have for selling house?
