I holding this for some time... Thinking that should I sell off or not.

used to have knm from early 09 only recently sold to realised the profit..... i think is same as pantech gua since both biz is quite similar ....... have been resilient quite some time..... hope both can surge loh.

What do you guys see to the latest BI, ICUL and free warrants?

Yesterday just announced Bonus Issue distribution. 5:1
Besides that, ordinary share:ICULS=2:1 with RM0.1 substitutional price each.
And also, 10 ICULS tie with 1 free warrant.

Just have doubt on 7% Irredeemable ICULS. Is that mean I can get 7% interest if I subscribe those loan stock till the day I convert the loan stock to mother share?

Anyone could advice in this case?

i wish to ask about the issue rite...

lets say i have 10 lot of Pantech at current price 0.93. i will get to buy 5 lot right issue at price 0.1 each.
after the right issue, i will have 15 lot of Pantech with average at 0.6533.
so far, am i correct?
what are the expected / estimated price of Pantech after the right issue?



there are 3 actions can be taken in right issue.
1) buy the new share (do i need to inform my Remisier to buy or there is an option to do it?)
2) ignore it (what will happen to my holding of 10 lot after the right issue?)
3) sell (no question on this)

You will have 2 lot bonus issue.
You will have 20lot(maximum, optional to subscribe) loan stock with 0.1 each.The loan stock will give you 7% interest annually last for 7 years.
You may convert to mother share with 6:1.

With 10 loan stock free 1 detachable warrant share.

i just bought it at 0.60 today....i have good feeling for this counter....

I just in 0.6 and 0.58 respectively. Plan to in more...
