you need to link paypal to your credit/debit card
then paypal will do the transaction on your card

no credit card...

then basically you cannot use paypal lo
unless you buy paypal fund from other people
which is illegal anyway

even u not scammed by other ppl or do nothing wrong/illegal...paypal will also auto set up investigation on u and worst maybe force u to close yr account and hold yr money for half year...that y i oso hate it. And paypal is subsidiary of ebay, that y almost all international transaction in ebay need to pay with paypal.
