During my orientation time, i see that a lot of students go back after the orientation end..including me
Most of them are team building activities, and some speeches or motivational talks, then some training to guide you through your uni life.
such as counting your cgpa etc etc.

haha..E&E is quite tough, coz you have to know lots of physics and maths. a lot others will also tell you that it's the toughest among all the engineering courses here. but it's fun though, especially the labs, get to play with electronic parts

yeah you'll have the weekend to yourself. about the ptptn thing i'm not very sure, but during my time they had an officer coming to give a speech/talk on scholarships and loans. that's all. my ptptn was done much later.

the fascilitators will brief you the night before the session starts, or during breaks in between sessions. i think you'll need to wear formal during the talks, normal team building sessions you'll wear the orientation tshirt given to you.

there'll be speeches/talks by invited guests, or the officers from uniten, such as the vice chancellor, student affairs officer, dean of coe, etc etc.

I dont know about the girl's apartment, but the guys one got. even so,, you can go to up10. there's a dobi at one of the shops there.

my bad..most probably you'll be staying in amanah, in that case there's a dobi at ground floor of block a2. you can check it out tomorrow. up10 is the food court near the mosque, there's some shop lots there. one of them does dobi. well it's reachable by walking. won't take you long. i walked there for dinner everyday when i was in foundation

i also don't really iron my clothes last time..usually my mum irons

sometimes they might come and check the room too when you're not around, like when you go out for classes. but i think they just check outside the hall, maybe they wont come inside the room. coz last time me and my friends got fined for dirty apartment, but from what i remember, they did not check when we were around.

uniten will summon you in whatever way possible
you havent seen the time where the traffic officers go around giving summons to students who dont obey the traffic rules

really scary, but sometimes funny la if you see your friends get summoned

it's on the 1st floor, 2nd floor is registrar

i faced the same thing last sem. very very hectic indeed. but managed to survive in the end
