i'm wondering why you are asking this kinda question tho there's no wrong with it. My answer is, all engineering subjects are around there, cannot run away much. if u have faith in uniten, believe in her statistics(high employment rate + highly sought after) as I do, jz come and join us.

well, there's alot of times in life, u have gotta try new things. never try, never know; never know, never learn. lemme give u an example, a person can be 'brain-washed' ab how good or how bad a situation is, but at the end of the day, it may turn out to be diff. coz wat? everyone's point of view is different. I can answer your question ab the courses for ME. Basically, subjects like STATICS, DYNAMIC, THEORY OF MACHINES, THERMODYNAMICS, MECHANICS OF FLUIDS, MANUFACTURING PROCESSES and etc are there, and syllabus wise I'll say some of them are useless and some of them are useful(this is again, my POV). However by the end of the day, we get accreditation from IMECHE, and bear in mind that this is re-evaluated every year, the Mechanical Department works hard to maintain the quality to retain the accreditation.
