As far as I know, there was never any draw when I entered another state last time. I just registered, and waited until the brackets are out.

I just want to know do they use the seeding system or not. And if they use the seeding system, it is based on what ranking? I want to know how do they separate the "top" teams into different brackets. I think it's better if you can clarify this yourselves Mr. Lim, or any other person in charge. Thanks.

Of course we can't do anything about it. But that doesn't mean I cannot ask and know about how they do their stuff. I just wanted to know, as it would ease me to make some decisions for my team later on.
