guys is it safe to mess with the registry?? i've been reading and there seems to be all(well almost all) negative unless i know what i am doing(which i have no idea at all).
i just downloaded this program as my pc has been spiking after removing some programs(nero and minitab) and also unchecking 2 programs in msconfig(samsung and nokiapcsuite)
it seems to spike every 30 seconds.

so is it safe to just run and the ccleaner? and clear the registry? sorry if i am disturbing this post.
