it took me ages to transform it, reli tricky and complicated, the transformation of the hand is in fact superbly challenging, but when its done, the robot modes looks nice, have a bit of alternators/BT/alternity kind of feel, not bad!!!

I agree - get both.
Besides, it doesn't look like Leader Megatron will get much loving since the next wave revision is just Leader Prime and after that we get Prime & Jetfire packed in a case. If you don't get Leader Megs now then you may be out of luck for some time, maybe until Leader Starscream is released which I can see coming packed in a case with Leader Megs.

Can the owner also, turn the other arm around(not the canon one), I'd like to have a closer look at his hands and don't tell me there are none! That would be a bummer!

Also some comparison shots, alt mode parked next to say the other cars(Sideways, Sideswipe if you have them ).

The cannon is the hands redi...... the other hand is a real hand, but only 2 finger movements, the 4 fingers move simulateneously, the thumb by itself but not very much movements oso.

The angle of your shots somehow completely covered the other hand but it's good to hear he has one

The hand is seen in my shot, left is a hand, the silver thingies are actually fingers, the right hand however is purely a canon. Sorry for the quality, 1.3 MP phone cam.
