how many lots of atrium you bought ?? i bought last friday

i bought at 0.64 and 0.645...the ceva logistic issue had settle down i suppose The tenants are renewed for 3 years. But how about the outstanding rental that ceva owe atrium? Not mentioned....Do you aware of that?

So can expect a higher DY the next quater....at least 2 sen per unit...

Any recommedation? I am using ealliance and each order still requires the confirmation from the remiser. The transaction cost (broker's fees, stamp duty, and etc) is standard.

HAHAHAHHA Hey, don't worry la. I know very sim teah. I also lost 20k earlier. Really no mood then. My first instinct oso was to put huge amount into goreng stocks to make back immediately. Luckily I know I got no luck for short term trading one. And I didn't do it, otherwise maybe looking at 50k loss instead. I just made back RM5000 two days ago. Now -RM15,000 profit to gain back. And yesterday, from my 20k lesson, I learnt to cut loss on my derivatives trading, saved me from another possible RM10k loss. So the 20k loss is actually very good learning experience for me. You might not see it now, but you'll see that you'll make sure your future investments are less risky.

But you are starting young. There's really no rush. Go do some part time, put in extra few hundred each month into your investment capital Lama-lama jadi bukit.
