I don't buy single counter. so, it is hard to say which stock is good as there are plenty of good stocks in STI.
What I do is create a portfolio that suit my need or target. Currently, REITs is quite hot in S'pore. Almost all research paper give it outperform rating. If you want to ride the boat with me, FSL Trust and StraitAsia Resource will be the choice. FYI, today, DBS upgrade FSL trust from hold to buy (after the share price jumped 64% from the time I bought, Q1 dividend yield for me is 10%, Q2 div should be also 10%). StraitsAsia Resource was consistently recommend by research paper since early of the year (the price already jumped 111% since I bought it and received 2 times dividend amount 7.5% yield so far ths year). Eventhough price already increase a lot, but I believe when market recovers, the price will increase much more. Above is only my opinion, do some research before jumping into the ship! Any reason to take profit on Zelan? today price only increase 2% so far.

I think she is doing portfolio swapping. I did that few weeks ago. Now sitting and waiting and looking...

I'm also riding on Zelan. Keeping it for long term unless something bad happen to the company financial that I can't accept.

I just wonder anyone joining me since there is an article on it in The Star Newspaper. As for me, I've been holding this stock for quite sometime already (when the price is still 1.9X).
