Not to mention to what extent can Malay actually help us aside from just communicating or interacting with other malaysian.
Have you ever seen any subject in university level (overseas) that uses Bahasa Malaysia (Melayu to be exact) as the common language? I certainly not. Maybe there is or are, but let's face the fact that English is the one that actually been widely use throughout the world in tertiary education.

And its not simple to actually translate Mathematics, Science and Economics from Malay to English. Its obviously a disadvantage for student. Time consuming. Im one of the victim.
*
To some extent, Chinese educationalists wanted to revert to their mother tongue (Mandarin) in teaching Science and Mathematics

If i were you.

If he WAS you, then that's correct.
Is the 3rd one properly outlined yet? But roughly speaking, pumping in money without knowing the gap or the size of the hole is obviously a pain in the arse. That's what happened to our first year GDP. Wrong estimation. But, optimism is still strong though.

Money to people via coupon, will work

A few more massive public infrastructure projects, may work

I am still able to write a full essay in Malay, if you ask me

QUOTE(peinsama @ May 29 2009, 03:48 PM)
Instead of will....i would rather use 'would' because that method seems conditional to me.

I believe consumer confidence and citizen's confidence towards the government is still considerably low. Perak's case opened up our eye's toward our country's political management. That's just one example. I just want to see how the financial institutions are doing right now especially Maybank and Public Bank.

Massive public infrastructure may work but if only more citizens believe corruption does not play a major role.
*
I believe massive public infrastructure work is necessary

I believe big projects should be built now because the raw materials and labour costs are very low compared to 2007...

Things like LRT, MRT

Exactly even they knew the difference and the importance between malay and english. If only our education ministers able to see how we student actually felt individually being at the back row.
There's a campus in Sarawak, so i completed my studies there but my brother is in curtin perth completing his mechanical engineering course.

Wow. That's cool man. China students in curtin here...still catching up. But, i rather speak chinese to them even when my mandarin sucks hell.

You didn't nurture it daily, that's why. laugh.gif

Whether you believe it or not, government still view our public transportation sufficient enough to bring people from point A to point B. Pffttt....disappointment.
*
The biggest mistake done by government

At the same time, one should never leave public transport matter to private sector, namely in stage bus sector

KL needs at least 3 to 4 more rail lines to disperse traffic and increase public transport utilisation up to 40 to 50%

Kota Damansara to Cheras corridor for example, has 1 million residents around there...

Assuming 30% using that line, plus outsiders.........including some observations like LDP + Sprint, the need for MRT is undisputable

Therefore, it is crucial to build it now

Which is why i emphasize on priority. Since they think its sufficient enough and loves comparing, hence they focus their priority on other sector for example like agriculture and financial.

I dunno why. But i just think we lack of meritocracy in our blood. We need more of that. Selamba attitude is everywhere.

If the population rate growth in KL remains stagnant, yeah, hopefully that will work.
*
KL population growth is slow

But Klang Valley population growth is fast

Possibly, LRT extension may bypass Sunway

Five sets of 6 car EMU for intercity route between KL and Ipoh will arrive end of this year, from South Korea

Top speed : 140 km/h

Then........the use of new 4 car train set for Kelana Jaya line, from Bombardier...should be commissioned in September

The 4 car train, can transport about 944 commuters..........we ordered about 35 sets
