You must remember to check the DTS enable output option in your sound driver setup.

"Failed" as in no sound? Confirm your decoder support DTS? What about your source material? Tried with another movie with DTS sound track? What about Dolby Digital? Can work?

btw, how much did you pay for this converter and where did you buy it?

personally, i'll feel if all else fails, your only option will be to get an external sound card like Creative Extigy.
