hi guys.. previously my xbox kena 3rod.. happens about few days ago.. the xbox i use standing fan..
n yesterday i saja on my xbox and place my xbox down without the standing fan.. and it runs perfectly! so confused.. is it a warning or sumthing? anyways i bought terminator salvation n guitar hero mettalica.. the prob is i dun haf internet at home.. so is there any other way to update it? help me...  |

early signs.... could be just power glitch, unstable power outlet can cause 3rod too. try using another power outlet. if it comes back, better send back for warranty.
no way get game updates unless u get ur box online. so far gh metallica no updates yet. |

omg... so scared now.. coz i on 1st time 3rod(with standing fan).. 5 minutes later i on, 2nd time 3rod(with standing fan)... (damn cuak already) and few days later i didnt put the standing fan.. and place the xbox down on the floor it works! so its a sign huh? If standing fan is connected with the xbox power source OR using xbox power source.... it is the culprit.
xbox fans ...especially those from china is very well known for it's bad power circuit quality. |

Once the damned red lights appear, it means it will be coming back again. And it will soon be permanent.
My advice is to switch power outlets or use a voltage regulator immediately. And make sure the power adapter is well ventilated and not blocked by anything. |
