NDSI is new product with camera and compatible with camera games
PSP2006 is old product with good graphic and compatible with lots of emulators OH btw The difference is  Nintendo And Sony PlayStation |

Alright, it's obvious that you can't get a proper answer from here. So I strongly suggest that you research more about the handhelds not only from Wikipedia, but also the reviews of its games from gaming sites. And it's better if you playtest both of them before making your choice.
