Scholes was the player that attracted me to united, shudder to think the day he finally hangs up his boots...

QUOTE(Hevrn @ May 31 2009, 07:02 PM) Don't think Scholesy is the kind of player to want to demand a move away and to voice it out at that. He did say that one day he'd like to end his career at Oldham though. lol, then i'll reserve a room in every hotel in kl...you don't have to show up,but the rooms are reserved for ya Added on May 31, 2009, 7:02 pm Gonna suck if they switch to Palace of the Golden Horses or something |

hey guys, wanted to ask if there's a difference in who decides what players to buy in Spain as compared to England? For example, over here, SAF and the other managers most of the time decides who they want in their team and what not. But looking at Real Madrid, it seems like Perez/President decides who to buy? Doesn't the coach have any say in this? ...or are they like the managers? Pardon my ignorance for asking such a question

QUOTE(monosyllabic @ Jun 12 2009, 02:49 AM) Haha one of my friends on MSN said there's one thing we don't have to worry about - what to do with the Viva Ronaldo song. He suggests: Viva Da Silva Viva Da Silva When they're on the pitch Can't tell which is which Viva Da Silva! |

With all this talk about Ronaldo being a legend and all. I think its obvious that he isn't and will never be. I don't see whats the big deal though, its not like he wanted to be a United legend anyways judging from his past. He wants to be a Real legend. I don't blame him for wanting to go there anyways. Imagine if you were playing for..i dunno....roma or something, and Man Utd came calling, your all time favourite team. Wouldn't you go? Its not like he left us for free or anything, 80M pounds, thats alotta money. Not to mention helping (not single handedly) us to win 3 EPL"s back to back as well as the champions league. He deserves to go. I'm not defending Ronaldo or anything, i just see why he wants to go. Deep down his loyalty was always towards Real.
