try 2 reduce the intake of rice. rice s d culprit if u keepon putting on weight. if some olive oili teaspoon a day, dun b afraid of egg yolk, take them. if u refuse to take oil n colestrol, u ll b thin, but not voluptious. our hormones r made out of colestrol. so take in some good colestrol.
