in ur free time, do get familiar with calorie counting by reading articles/jotting down energy value of each fud u eat so u cn figure out how much u r eating evyday..(if u hvnt been counting, dat is) and if u eat 1200kCal n less evyday, guaranteed weight loss!
i also suggest u join any gym nearby, its much more fun than working out in ur room alone.
