my front brake disc need to be skimmed... how mch wuld it be? which shop to go to? tire shop or..?

guys.. im looking for rear brake hub..mine got problem.. as i was told by cheeann.. so if any of u had changed ur rear brake to brake disc system, n still keep ur old rear brake, plz pm me coz i need to replace mine..
