from my experience better go for rear disc upgrade first. reason being; 1. bigger front brakes effect the acceleration, u'll feel the car a little lazy on acceleration. 2. stock drum brakes are very weak compared to bigger disc in front, u'll feel the car 'fish tail' and it's very dangerous during emergency.
so better look for perdana/eterna rear brakes first. should be around rm500 with installation. then u decide whether u need to upgrade the front.

perdana using drum for handbrake and disc for normal braking... if you wan super brake, then brake + pull handbrake...
have been using perdana for more than 1 year already... no 手尾 la... last time before that when i use VR4, langsung cannot tidor...
