1) overheating dun blame ur radiator mar... previous overheating u didnt skim ur cylinder head... warped cylinder head more prone to blown head gasket... when ur head gasket damaged, water and oil leaked to each other, thus causing reduction in coolant level and overheating ur engine... so the next time u change head gasket, skim ur cylinder head as well...

2) 4g13p memang underpower going uphill compare to evo and impreza... nothing wrong...

3) not chain sound... i suspect knocking/pinging sound... change sparkplug regularly when it wears out... retune ur ignition timing, dont advance too much...

4) change ur gear oil regularly... if problem still persists, could be worn syncro inside ur gearbox...
