my technic is belive my car can work under xtream condition.belive car can move further.hit pedal gas until floor..
engine momentum can affort speed of car...correct gear shift......that all....n.....make sure fuel enough.......if not......you all noe ar... even wira n waja you can beat....

Waaaa..... 2day is not my day la.... very bad day. Juz now petang my mech fired up da engine edi... But sumthing wuz wrong.... da idle go up n down between 600-900rpm. Then got back fire when rev... Sifoo Sky's carb keep on spitting out fuel n bursting. Then my mech adjust da distributor (I also not sure) After dat he start again da car, demm it sounded like a Subaru.... Lebih kurang like a Subaru Then he test drive, Da car semput @ 1st until he played wit da gas pedal.... Pecut demm fast... front tires skided on da 1st n 2nd gear... I 4rom behind folow wit my bike, so fast reach 100-120km/h... I also cannot chase... I reach 80-90km/h edi n he is still pulling away... WTF Came back 2 da workshop, setting again n test drive until 6.30pm... I wuz hapee edi c my car can run until suddenly on da way back 2 da workshop, smoke cming out 4rom da hood, fenders, air cond vent n engine bay.... I takut edi tot my car gonna catch on fire .... Inspect n found out my car overheat. Demm, according 2 da mech, he said my head bengkok n have 2 send 4 skimming... Betul kaa??? anybodi can help me???

now throttle body problem... AF running lean... waiting for my fuel pressure regulator to arrive tomolo so can bump up the fuel pressure...

damn still researching how to diy pasang n tune dat blardy thing...



adjust the carburetor la... not adjust the distributor... told u d mar my carburetor need adjustment... coz previously set for my engine, might not be suitable for urs....

dun worry i didnt asah the inside jarum before... so, can adjust, as long as ur mechanic pro in adjusting it.... u try buka ur sparkplug see what color??.... is there any black smoke coming out from exhaust??... coz last time i open the fuel jet habis...

need my help adjusting it??..

yeap... but if cylinder head warp adi got no choice but to skim it mar... cylinder head not flat, force to bolt it on back to the block also will leak under high pressure...

Da mech adjusted da carb edi... But still semput... like idle not stable, sumtimes 600-900rpm... When he rev till red line got back fire wit black smoke. @ 1st it wuz demm cun edi... pecut kaw2... then last minute only da car cannot start n overheated badly... can feel da heat so hot...

If u can cum down KL n have a look. It would be better... @ least my mech know got sumbodi even pro.

about back fire it misfire from spark plug.involve distributor.it produce noise like gun fire right?

sumthing like dat.... n got loud pop sound cming out 4rom da carb...

wrong spark plugs~

air from piston(pressure) push back air out from carb.it spraying wap petrol .is true happen to you?

1.3 upgrade to 1.5 or 1.6? ?

3.x tau 2 diatas betul ke x

assuming everything is correct, including the right sparkplug, the carburetor should be overfeeding ur engine with excessive fuel... means too rich AFR... coz when i remove my carb, that is the setting i use.... if u didnt retune it means definitely u are running rich...

symptom of running rich AFR
- black sparkplugs
- black smoke emitting from exhaust
- rev up and let go throttle, can hear pop pop sound from exhaust
- strong unburnt fuel smell from exhaust

try close the fuel jet (the screw below AF knob) until u hear smooth idle... slowly readjust ur idle and AF from there...
