COMPLAINT against wetfusion

First of all, this is a confession letter of a client towards wetfusion of his attitude in handling his online modding business. I wouldn’t want to start up this actually but his attitude is already out of the boundaries which I cannot accept.

The story started when I sent my psp on 24th Mar 09 to him for dual nub mod and as I was being told by him that my psp will be done within 2 weeks time but I know this mod is hard so I didn’t rush him for that. Also as requested by him, I had bank in full amount of RM180 on the same day I posted my psp. One month later, I posted a reply on the thread asking about the progress of the mod and his replies as refer to screenshot attached.

I have been really patient waiting and waiting till I got his sms that he has completed everything and will post the psp back on 16th May 09. After a long wait of 3 days, I have been online checking the tracking no. that he gave and also called up the poslaju hotline to check for the tracking no. but the poslaju person told me the tracking no. does not exist. Immediately, I called him up and asked him what’s going on. He told me he will check and later on, he replied back that he got my psp back from the kuantan post office and will explain to me later on.

Without any hesitation, I replied “so u will post again now?” Guess what, he replied that “I’m at pejabat pendaftaran bro. have to make new ic” I replied his sms within 1 minute, logically thinking, since you are in the post office and the post office is still open, why don’t you send it off again instead of wasting time to make another trip to the post office? Double job isn’t it? Guys, don’t you sense something is wrong here?

Never mind then, I’m just looking at the bright side by telling myself there might be some error happening at the post office that wet need to bring home and correct it. Then since he said he will explain so I call him up at night yet nobody answer and I was trying to reach him for the whole night and also the next day yet still fail to reach him. As the result, I don’t get any explanation about why my psp is still in kuantan post office. What he did to close up this case was saying he put his hp in silent mode, was very busy and please give him some space, nothing related to what I really want to know but he did commit he will send my psp back to me by last week. So I lay my trust on him once again and give him the ‘space’ that he want. Last Sunday, I pmed him if he has send out my psp when the time he was online cause I don’t get any news from him about sending back psp to me. He replied back he did sent at 4.40pm in the afternoon on sat and he said the tracking no. remains the same as previous. At the same time, I was really curious that how come he still can use back the tracking no. which was posted previously. Therefore, I request to resend the revised tracking no. to me to double confirm in order to avoid misunderstanding occur. Again I have been waiting for another 3 days. I still don’t get my psp back and I have called up the poslaju to check the tracking no. The reply was as same as last time, YOUR TRACK NO. DOES NOT EXIST. I have been trying to contact him and sms him since today(26th May) evening but can't get through and delivery failed. Wet, if you really have sent it, can you post up the poslaju receipt as your proof? What you left for me now is disappointment.

It has been more than 2 months now and as a client, what we wish to get is good services from someone that you rely on to get the things done. Therefore, do you think it was a good service when you call to ask for info but he never bother to answer your call, never bother to pick up your calls and never bother to reply the sms? While the psp is still in his hand, how do you guys think I will feel when I call him urgently to discuss the matter with him and yet he just ignored my call? His only reply to close up this case is that he is tire and busy.

Well, when doing business, no matter how busy you are, a good business dealer will never missed up an urgent call or even did missed a call they will call them back and explain. After all, he is the one who accepted the mod job. If he cannot do it, just inform me frankly. Am I right?

I have been asking him to post up the picture and video of the psp whether work in progress or have already done but thing doesn’t go right. Since he claim that my psp is done and ready to send, why can't he upload photos or videos of my psp? He seems to delay and delay and never realize what he had promised me to be done and until now there is no videos of my psp mod being uploaded instead of the completion of others client mod who come after me.

Wetfusion as known as Mohd Afiq bin Abdul Razak, I hope you take this seriously and tell me what actually had happened to my psp. I wish to get my psp back as soon as possible in a good condition. You owed me a duty of care and if u did breached that duty of care causing damage to my psp, you have to compensate me for the wrongful act that you have been done.

* You are being such a trustworthy person towards others client, but not to me. You give me no choice but to solve everything here.

since wetfusion seems so establish in that area.. and have done a lot of deal before..

the most i can say is, he has accidentally broke up ur PSP.. i respect u TS, such a patience guy

If he did broke your PSP, he might running away from telling the truth and pay for the damages. TS is such a great client for being patient. Salute.

hopefully wetfusion would settle this here and orovide positive reply instead of flaming each other.

post office oni can renew roadtax, license, and etc.
but not making a new IC there.

hopefully wetfusion will have a good reason why ur psp take a long time.

just imagine you are joker_invisible87,if someone promise you 2 weeks can finish it but after 2 months you still cant get it , how are you going to do?
He has asked politely in many times already, at least wetfusion take a photo to show your progress,not just keep ignoring TS, and wetfusion need to explain why the same tracking number appear twice?if the 1st time you already sent out,definitely this tracking number cant be reused again.

@cannavaro, yeah..i was referring to TS. TS is a very good friend/classmate of mine ...sadly..i dunno wat is happen to fusion..last i heard from TS that the phone last nite was on but nv reply TS's sms.

After reading joker's post, the whole thing does seem very fishy. Based on the past posting, whenever wet has completed a mod on the psp, he will always post up pictures and video of the completed job for others to view. But why didn't he post up anything on joker's psp?? Is the mod completed or has something happened to the psp during the mod?? It does cast a doubt on this whole thing.

But frankly speaking joker, I really admire your patience and tolerance in this case. I would have lodged a police report long ago.

Now, even though I don't agree with the way wet handles this case, I certainly cannot tolerate some unknown person trying to make use of this case to create racist problem. I am referring to a posting by an unknown person in wet's blog as shown in the print screen below :-

again as a lyn forummer who lurks in the custom mod thread, i somehow trust him with all successfull deal that he made. each one of the psp arrived safely even though most of the times it is late.He has a pile of psp,i mean so many psp that he need to mod n repair in a duration of a week. If you're in his shoes,i doubtly that you can settle it.He uses his sleeping time just to mod those psp and the next morning he has to walk miles just to send it to the post office.Also in the next day,he need to walk to each place to settle down things for his shop.Yes, he done all of this by just walking.He is somehow unique IMO,willingly to walk for miles here and there.Moreover,he don't have any internet connection at his house.so contacting him is somehow a little bit hard.

Well, the thing is...TS send his psp 2 months ago..so his should b done first..y even Kaiserx's psp was done finish when it's send later on? thats not the way to do things imo...well,last i heard his shop is opening in september.well, i have been calling TS lately and he seem very sad..even his mom also know bout this issue and is not really satisfy with it Btw regarding that post..i think it might b someone from this forum after reading the thread plz refrain from disturbing wet Well, i told TS not to make a police report as it will make things more works..if things don't really work out, then that might b our final options..lets hope we don't go to that phase Well, even u're busy..as a businessman u should reply back, not providing ppl with false tracking number and giving ppl false promises that TS's psp is already done so long...even videos i only see KaiserX...y not TS's psp?

The purpose of start up this thread i think is for problem to be solve btw both party in a positive way. so no worries ,let the aggrieved party to come and solve the problem rationally .

TS, you sound like an extremely calm person....after all these, you are just disappointed with the suspect. i salute you no wonder suspect could take his own sweet time on ur PSP...anyway, best of luck to you TS!!!

assuming that wet doesn't lie that he finished with TS's psp,and assuming that wet has already sent the psp to pos laju for what he claimed... it is either that the psp is stuck in kuantan post office or that it stuck at the TS's nearest post office.This problem has also been encountered by his previous customers,pos laju sent back the psp as for some unknown reason, n sometimes the tracking number is also wrong at the very first moment.who knows and if you notice that so many online dealers complained on pos laju's services for not being efficient and slow,some of the items are MIA...


Considering that wetfusion has gone through hard times(go view first page of the custom mod console thread,).. psychologically he need some time to be alone with no one disturbing.the more pressure you put on wet, the higher the risk he'll do something beyond our imagination, positively or negatively ..either that he finished all the psp and stop taking modding request or that <put worse case scenario here..>.thats why i can only give a facepalm to TS for giving more pressure to wet..


and when TS send his psp to wetfusion,he should know the risk for the psp to be late as wetfusion only give an ETA..and the deal was based on MOU(Moment of Understanding).He should check the previous deal wet has made and how frequent that there is a delay between the process of sending the psp to pos laju and the day it arrived to the customer's house.wet also take small margin of profit,for what he claim as 'duit minum' to clear his throat for walking a long distance to post the psp and buying the LEDs.

All I can say after reading your post are:

1 - If he's already got piles of PSP to work on before, why take another order? Want to get rich fast? If I were him, I would settle a batch, before accepting another
2 - If he's so successful, why can't he even get an Internet connection? Even if he's a greedy fellow, he still can subscribe to rm66 package, cheaper, slower, but will make communication between him and customers easier.

To TS, I hope you'll get your PSP safe and sound.

I use the service of Pos Laju every 2 weeks to post things up to Shah Alam and I have never encountered any delay, items stuck in Post Office or wrong tracking number before. According to a member from Pos Laju, they will only reject the consignment if the details are incomplete. If the tracking number is non-existence, that means the sender never send out the things. The sender only take the consignment note with the tracking number from the Post Office but did not submit the items to be posted to the Post Office.

When wet decided to take up this psp mod business, I'm sure mentally he is aware of the pressure and challenges that he is going to face. When he decided to accept joker's psp for mod, he is the one who gave the estimated time of completion to joker. When wet gave the ETA which is Estimated Time of Arrival, that means he is very certain that the item will reach joker within the time frame he gave. Please understand the difference between ETA and ETD (Estimated Time of Departure).

As for the monetary issue, whether this psp modding business is making a profit or not, wet himself should know better. Afterall I did saw from a previous post that he made RM18K for a particular month. No one would waste so much effort and time on a losing business.

There are a lot of assumptions here and there, so the best person to clear up this whole thing would be wet himself.

once you post something with poslaju, the form with tracking number already printed all information, that's impossible for you to reuse it again

Apsidewatch, can you read properly and please stop talking crap? TS wants to solve it...+ we (me n TS) already confirm with Pos Malaysia that the tracking number is fake/does not even exist. how could it be stuck in the post office?Try and be in TS shoe...wat will u do if someone have ur psp and still nv return it to u? heck, that was TS's first psp..Most of Wet's deal r quite good and only 1 or 2 cases which had delays...but not as long as TS..stop coming in talking bullshit...TS is still unable to reach wet as his phone is still turn off (wth?)
