Hate this girl who like me that already had a 4 year long bf!!!

yes, already got bf, and yet she still likes me, she even made me like her.
initially i got nothing towards her, but she gradually made me feel touch and fall for her. I told her we're not possible given this situation that she already had a 4 years long relationship with her bf, and I know her bf too, so, i didn't want to betray him.
I knew both of that at the same time, at that time, they had already been together for four years,
Now I'm the one suffering, because i already fell for her...

younger than me one year, my classmate, also my neighbor, but she is moving already, these doesn't matter right? what matters is now im avoiding her and im the one suffering, at first she said she is upset because i did this to her, but im just doing for everybody's good

im not born in 81, does age really matters?
and yeah, her bf knew about it and he is cool, we still talk like friends, because she treat all her male friends like brothers, her bf is cool with that, not to say he dont care, maybe he got numb already.
btw, there's this guy who is my friend and also her friend liked her, that's what made me really furious. Because previously i told this fella, lets call him J, I told him that she got interest on me and im not gonna give her responds and all. Soon, i found out this J like her too, and keep flirting with her, saying things like 'good morning baby, i love you' in fb status, clearly it was meant for her. He even went to her house to overnight, that is cool actually, because we went to her house before, in group, but this time J went alone, of course with the girl's bf too. But sometimes when the bf went back to his home, thus leaving them both alone. I can imagine that perverted J flirting with he really. I know his damn attitude.
